Peanut Butter and Banana Flapjacks

I am SO far behind with recipes at the moment! I’ve got about a dozen lined up as drafts waiting for me to decipher my notes and type up or finish adding photos, but things have been so hectic the last few weeks that I just haven’t had time to catch up.

Fruity Oat Squares

Another recipe created with a handful of ingredients pulled from the cupboard that needed using up, these fruity chewy oat squares are a bit like flapjacks, but with less than half of the sugar. They'd be great with a handful of chopped nuts in too, and you can substitute the cranberries for any dried fruit you have in the cupboard.
